Tis a shame, it only lasted for about 1 and half years. Another airline bites the dust. I was hoping to fly them but I guess that'll be impossible now.

Well they only survived a year as Indy Air but remember all the good times they had as UA and DL Regional Operator.

Sad to see them go. I flew Atlantic Coast Airlines as a weee youth, work for them as a Station Agent in Nashville, Ramp Agent for Indy at Dulles, then became an Intern in the Pilot Bridge Program.

Someone put up the flyI Expereince, a video about how Indy came to be and its values; quite touching. Shows want IA was all about; and what hopefully VAmerica will be, and what other US airlines are starting to learn.
