Personally, I would think that is a bit tight, your eta is if everything goes OK, what happens if a pax is late, the flight is late or goes tec, you only need to,lose 30 mins and you cvould be in trouble.
Have you no earlier flight choice? can you not fly or dreive up the night before?

This flight is the first of the day from EDI and BA want more cash to change in fact they want the full fare again. I guess i'll have to take the chance.

It is obviously of no use to you now, but the advice that Alan has offered about coming down the night before is very valid.

Given the problems mithcja had coming down from Manchester

Several of us, including your compatriot, TBS always extend our trip by staying at a nice airport hotel the night before a transtlantic flight.

I accept this is cold comfort to you now, but certainly worth bearing in mind for future.

Cheers for the help folks i think i will just take the hit on the BA flight and come down on the friday just to make sure we make it.
Can you imagine all the nagg pie if we miss it,not the start to our hols that i would want.:D
