V-Flyer

Just went to have a look at my seat plan on VA site, says it can't find my booking now when I put my VH reference in. Was ok yesterday
is it normal for it not to find it now and again or should I be worried.

I only wanted to drool over the 6AK purple seats[:I]

I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you look at this thread, and a few others recently, you will see that there are clearly 'issues' with the VS website. [:(!]

I think it is a website problem, as opposed to a booking problem. I am sure 6A and 6K are still there waiting for you [8D];)

You could always print out a picture of your seats from V-Flyer and show your friends those - that should make them green!

just got email from customer services, said they were updating some parts of the site.
