Not a va issue ... But feeling sorry for myself.

Stuck in Belfast int. with the orange flying company for another 3 hours ... EasyJet can not locate my flight to london at the moment due to 'operational delays' - Oh how I long for a clubhouse cocktail right now.

Ah yes, always very helpful when they use the "late because the incoming aircraft is late" excuse. Try and find out why, if you go over 3 hours you can claim compensation if it wasn't beyond their control.

Ah, yes! So reminiscent of my flight to LHR a few years ago when I arrived in Cork Airport and after a meal there realised that the plane I saw pushing back was the one that should have been pushing back at that precise moment in LHR!! :0 :0

What fun! What joy! Aer Lingus delayed the return LHR flight to enable them to capture the passengers returning from our flight and comped us £3/€5 (which I spent on a G&T and still had to subsidise it!) before depositing us at 1am in Luton. We arrived in LHR at 3.30am from a 8pm flight!

And you think you've got problems missing a cocktail! :0

The plane has been officially called 10 mins under the compensation cut off. A cunning way to avoid compensation claims.

What grinds my gears is the complete lack of apology. Ticketing agent actually said this was not an issue and that most flights run much later - great customer care!
