Virgin Flightstore and MBNA

Once again MBNA failed to give me 4 points per pound for my recent flightstore tranasction.

I e-mailed Virgin about this..again, and received an apologetic reply, the missing miles and compensation to the tune of 5000 miles for all the hassle with MBNA over the last 6 months.
