I'm due to fly with Iberia on a short hop from MAH to BCN at the end of October. I wonder if any fellow V-flyers have flown with this airline before?

Any info would be appreciated :D

Cheers
Amanda

*shudders*

Only once.... the cheap F/A uniforms gave me a static electric shock, and they told me they didn't stock Gin.

Have you considered hitch hiking?

Have only done one round trip with them, LHR-MAD-TFS and back in coach, not a lot different to travelling on a slightly up-market charter airline.

Thanks guys. Perhaps I ought to think about swimming to Barcelona[:p]
It's only a short flight so I'll just have to grin and bear it:D

We have done a few internal hops with IB (BCN-AGP-BCN) and I have to say they were really good.OK seat, tapas plate, the BCN lounge is very nice and the flights were bang on time.

Thanks Jaguar:D, really like the pics. At least I have an idea of what to expect cabin wise. Unfortunately I will be sitting behind the curtain on my flight;)

I've flown business with them before, and granted while they are not as up to par with some of their OW cousins, i couldn't complain. I was kept fed and watered and the crew were efficient enough. My family were down the back and seemed happy enough :)

To be fair, in comparison with a lot of US internal flights, IB fair quite well.

Thanks,
Sarah

IB used to be good but then they went on a cost-cutting offensive - you now don't even get a drink of water. I used to fly them regularly to AGP, but now go BA instead.

Thanks,
Richard

Bit like VS, BA, et al,last summer they were ok and MrsG the seats were the same behind the curtain and flights were on time, nothing to worry about;)

Thanks for your thoughts guys. On balance, Iberia sounds like most other airlines!;)

I'll try and write a trip report when I get back:D
