I know this may be a bit of a long shot but I was wondering if anyone has flown with FCA on the 767 in Premier?
If so, any advice on seats? I've heard that on one of the aircraft row 1 only has middle seats and these are practically in the galley which doesn't sound great!
Thanks for any help

If I am remembering correctly first choice has two different configs on their 767 depending on if your flight is mid or long haul.
Where are you flying to?

Ok, give me a few minutes and I will see what I can dig up.
From what I have heard they seem to have a very good set up, I seem to remember someone on here taking a trip in premier, do a search, it should still be in the system.

Thanks for your help Scrooge [:)]
I did a search, don't know why I didn't think of that sooner [:I] and came up with this: quote:Row 1 consisted of seats CDE and was in front of the galley. Seats 2A&B and 2F&G are also bulkheads and the toilets are in front of 2A&B.
Pretty much what I was looking for, if you manage to find anything else though it's always appreciated.

Will do, let me at least see if I can't find a seat plan.

Flown FCA a few times to Sanford & found the service in Premier was pretty good. Nice sized seat, excellent leg room, great food ( equivalent to VS )& the plane was very quiet. Not possible to pre-select seats which needs to be improved.
Only issue we had was at Gatwick when we had a remote stand. Long walk to a gate ( bus shelter actually ! ) & no priority boarding. Got herded onto a bus, squashed in far too tight & then thrown about until we got to the plane. Not pleasant, especially as I seem to remember they say you do get prioity boarding !

Just in their defense, every time I have had to bus no matter if it was in J, W or Y we have been packed in.

Good to know that you've had good experiences with them, heard quite a lot of similar comments. It'll be interesting to see what happens with the full merge and they become Thomson Airways...haven't heard such good things about Thomson.

There are some good reviews over on a.net I believe with some excellent photos of the long haul FCA Premier. Some family flew with them to Mexico last year and it seems as if inconsistent cc has made its way to charters as well - the service was a bit ropey by the sounds of it (rude and unattentive and one of them had a large orange juice spilled over them before they were airborne!).
That said, the seats were nice!

Hi
The extract you found was from a trip report I did on Man-Cun 25/12/2006 - I found it by searching on First Choice Premium. There are plenty of photos in the report and they are also still showing on my profile page.
Hope this helps

Thanks Redvee, I can't find a seat map for the life off me, of course the FCA site is not the best laid out and it could well be me, anyone find one ?

With the new re-branding, are they going to make the Thomsonfly and the FCA cabins the same? Looking at their brochures, they both advertise the same product (36' pitch, 9' AVOD etc) but with different pics!
