Hi - just wondered if anybody had received a refund on their Black Amex annual fee as promised when the new Virgin Money card was launched? I cancelled mine in April - fee due in July - and have heard nothing.
Mine came through via the new MBNA Card.
I beleive it was a condition of getting the refund that you let the Virgin Card lapse and you activated the new one.
Particularly important to me as my Virgin Card had only just renewed when the changes were announced.
