Comes to something where you can't even get served a glass of wine with a smile, whatever class of travel you're in.
Just as well HKG is such a great destination.. hope you had a fab time while you were there.

I'd write a letter to FC though as this flight sounds worse than the outward.
Why pay more for PE to get a sub standard service..
