I feel privileged to have been part of the Little Red story over the last two years. I am sorry things are ending this way

So for my final day of flying with Little Red began with the train from West Yorkshire to the airport which was seamless really.
Welcomed warmly at check in and I'm really going to miss the Swissport team at T3 who are simply fantastic IMO. It was then one final visit to the Escape lounge which was busy but the team as always were welcoming.
At 1345 knowing the aircraft EI-DEK was late arriving I left for the gate and the passengers from the VS3047 were just starting to leave the aircraft.
Boarding began at 1405 and I said cherrio to a couple of the Swissport team. I was settled in with a friendly welcome from the cabin crew - all I know rather well and who always look after me so well.
A detailed welcome from the Captain and we were in our way into a bumpy sky. The seat belts stayed on for about 10mins after take-off as it was rather rocky. The cabin crew also remained in their seats.
Once in clear air the in flight service began and I settled in with a G&T.
We entered the hold for 20mins due to the weather at Heathrow and we touched down at 1535 - an hour after leaving Manchester.
A fantastic flight with top-notch service. I really am going to miss Little Red that's for sure.
Jon
