So this wasn’t your average VS flight. Last Friday the VS1 became the VS69 with an exclusively LGBTQ+ crew flying over to World Pride in New York. There were goodie bags being handed out by drag queens at the gate. The Upper Class bar got taken over as a DJs booth as the partying started. And celebrities and journalists galore.
Naturally I made a highlights video, which you can find over on YouTube.

Looked like that was a fun flight to be on :-D Surprised you didn't ask the pilot to go round again!!

Cannot wait for the sequel

So jealous! Really regret not booking this trip while I had the chance...
I hope they do something like this again

It really was a truly amazing flight. At one stage I don’t think a single passenger was in their seat. They had to put the seat belt sign on for the meal service!

I’ll update the trip report with more detail, and the odd picture, in the next few days.

Now that's a trip report and a half, thanks for posting - great fun to see the video of so many passengers & crew enjoying the party in the air and good to see VS can still sparkle & put on a show !

Well done Virgin Atlantic and, of course, woralla for posting the details.

2020; let's have a Pride flight to SFO (50 years!).
