Wasn't AlanA calling Decker rather (than pjh) surly? In which case should Decker not be slapping AlanA?

Oh, I seem to have come over all pedantic. I'll get my hat.

Sorry, it was too tempting a target. Apologies for touching the rudder on a discussion that can matter. Speaking as a moderator on some music groups, we don't use them and don't miss them, as personalities shine through in other ways.

(ahem)

"Apologies for a posting a reply (the Airplane! "Shirley" line) that threatened to derail discussion on a subject (use of signatures on this discussion group) that can matter. From my experience as a moderator on a number of internet music forums where signatures are not used they seem not to be missed; contributors personalities shine through in other ways."

I have decided that as I get older, I am starting to suffer from dislexia, or I need a new keyboard which, when you tap the keys, the letter appears! :D

Roger Murdock: Flight 2-0-9'er, you are cleared for take-off.
Captain Oveur: Roger!
Roger Murdock: Huh?
Tower voice: L.A. departure frequency, 123 point 9'er.

Roger Murdock: We have clearance, Clarence.
Captain Oveur: Roger, Roger. What's our vector, Victor?
Tower voice: Tower's radio clearance, over!
Captain Oveur: That's Clarence Oveur. Over.

I could of sworn that Mark was yelling go on you Blues last year [?]

On topic.

I don't care, as long as we don't have another flare up I don't care.

I've followed that team, instead of God, since 1994.

And I've been to Old Trafford. And I know what day Munich happened. And I know what Munich meant. And I was watching in 1999 when Ole did what he did. I have a brick with my name on it on Matt Busby Way, about two bricks northeast of Paul Ince.

I know, I know. I'm shallow. I'm pathetic.

Whatever.

Call me what you will. Just be sure to call me RED.

Smooches [:o)],

No, its the fact that they are mostly supported by glory hunting bandwaggoners :D
yes, yes, we all know about Munich and we are mostly all fed up of hearing the s..m whine on about it. [:p][:p]

You have me confused dear sir!!

Only supported Utd since 1968 so call me a bandwagonjumperer if you like!

Oh and it was "fun" to say the least in Lens ( game played in a "bigger" but terrible stadium) last night - I was even on Radio 5 this morning having my say!!

Oh and cheat - what did we do wrong - if playing sh*t is cheating then I agree - we cheated big time!!!

How kind of you to think of me as embryonic. I reality after all this talk of United and such like on a thread that is by its nature schismatic, I felt like suggesting a little split. By which I think I meant the topic was rapidly becoming somewhat off topic.

Now, back to the results - I wonder if we have statistical significance now.

Actually Alan, I'm not at all Girlie. I'm just wading thought irrelevant posts in an attempt to get an update on a poll. Regardless of whether the posts are about football, wine, make-up, etc, they should really be in the OT forum. Nobody minds a few diversions from topic but this is really getting silly now.

Thanks,
