Hey everyone, my parents have brought tickets to HKG from chinese travel agent and we are leaving on 14th july, yet they havent given us a ticket number?
Should we be concerned?
Whats our rights?

Not an expert on consumer rights but....
A lot will depend on how it was paid for.
Also, I take it the agent is based in China, do they have any bonding scheme?
You could try calling VS to see if they have your booking, although Data Protection may limit what they can say

Your parents will need to contact either the travel agent or VS themselves. VS will be able to locate your booking and advise if you have confirmed seats for all passengers on the booking, even if you do not have a booking reference to hand. If the tickets have not yet been issued then your parents will need to deal with the travel agent directly.
