The 2010 List is out!

A big surprise, The French Laundry has dropped twenty places to number 32! and Keller's other restaurant, Per Se in NY has lost four places coming in at number 10, c'mon Thomas what's happening? Congrats to Noma, anyone been there?

Musk ox and smoked marrow

Milk skin and rape seed oil

Pickled vegetables and bone marrow

Think I might give it a miss when I'm over there!

I can't say I am surprised about the French Laundry - much over rated for many years.

Had lunch at Noma two years ago and it was splendid and eye wateringly expensive :0 . But heck, there are no pockets on a shroud. It's very organic food, taste combinations dreamy. You need to like offal, seafood and odd things! A bit Blumethalish!

Glad to see Tetsuya's in Sydney there, I loved the food there.

No way Hibiscus should be there. It's good, pleasant atmosphere, good service and interesting menu, but it's not even in the top 5 in London.
