Through check EWR/ Heathrow/Newcastle

At USA check in we always through check our baggage to Newcastle (BA) via Heathrow or Gatwick (Virgin).

Next time, we will arrive in Heathrow at 2200hrs and the connecting flight to Newcastle is not until the next morning. Hotel booked.

Will we still be able to through check?

HOLD THE RED BOLD would you? I would call and check. Don't you need your bags for hotel?

Yes you can through check your bags over night.

I don't know what the problem is in US airports where they can't do anything with your bags in terms of through checking but i know at LHR we can keep your bags over night.

We don't need our bags for overnight at the hotel. We put our stuff in our carry ons.

Thanks Lipstick. We never had any problem through checking in the US but I wasn't sure about leaving them at Heathrow overnight.
