Somehow I have a feeling Virgin America has secretly been granted permission to start by the FAA, but no one is saying anything yet. In addition, as I noted in a different thread, they have a second aircraft being delivered as well. The FAA also specifically says that these registrations have been aquired by Virgin America. These are a lot of signs, IMO, that something is up.

Sure, the US being a place of freedom of information, the fact that VA had been granted permission would be available somewhere?
