Chance of getting V:Port

Hello everybody

In June/July I will be flying LHR-LAX-LHR. It will be my first flight with VS, and i am really looking forward to it. I have already heard and read a lot about the amazing V:Port IFE system. My question is: How big is the chance that i will have a V:Port equipped plane on my flight? Any experiences wit VS 007/008?. I`d appreciate your help.

Welcome to V-Flyer .. nice moniker by the way!

Our thread here should help answer your queries in regards to which type of aircraft you will be on (currently scheduled as a 744).

If you select your flight number from the drop down box at the bottom of the screen you will see which aircraft have flown the VS007/8 over the past few months and which of those had V.Port - which you are very likely to get (only one 744 at LHR does not have V.Port).

You might also want to look at the Trip Reports section to read reviews from passengers who have recently been on those flights. There are two good Economy ones here and here (if that is your class of travel?).
