Inserting Pictures

I've just written a T/R and want to insert some pictures, but i can't work out how to do it! Can anyone help?

You can also link to images that are not in the gallery if you are already hosting them yourself, but this is also covered in the FAQ

I know its an obvious thing to say but its always worth a "search" sometimes to see whats out there - and the FAQ's are pretty good!!
