Missing FC Card

Hi.
I joined Flying Club a few years ago but have only just started earning miles about 3 months ago.
I received a letter saying my card and extras would be sent in the post but I am still waiting for them!!! Does it take them this long normally???

The way in which the Virgin Money Card is run through MBNA is a complete sham as well. Lots of problems already!

Have you flown with VS yet?

I thought that cards etc. weren't sent out until after your first Virgin flight... no matter how many points you hace accrued from other sources.

I believe Nick is right - you can check if you are accruing miles online though..

Just had a reply back from Flying Club on the matter. They are experiencing very long delays in sending the cards out.

You do receive your card once you have miles credited to the account. I have had a VS Credit Card for 3 months therefore I am still awaiting my Flying Club Card.

I got my card recently - it was about a month between getting my letter to say it was on the way and when it actually arrived.

I await in Anticipation... just hope it gets here before June 12th when I fly LHR/HKG/SYD!!!
