To be fair im surprised LGW costs more than LHR (I always thought id would be the other way round)

I'm not sure it's the airport that costs more, rather it's the cost of having a support infrastructure in place for a relatively few staff/flights.

That makes more sense Ian, still I prefer LGW if im honest still I guess thats a personal choice!
