Just checked in at BOS, the security woman asked to see my gold card. She looked at it closely, asked me if it was genuine and told me that she had never seen one before. Luckily I had the old one (still valid) in my wallet. You'd have thought that when these changes are made, staff would be briefed.[?] Anyone else had this?

Which security woman? Wondering why someone would ask, other than checking re your reservation?

As I haven't received my new cards (wonder who else in the US has?) it may not be news that VS agents haven't a lot of experience with them?

My guess is that David was using UC check-in on a non UC ticket? In which case, the security person manning the passport check station will have asked to see it.

I recieved my first VS card today, I presume it is the new design? It looks like the one next to everyone's posts.
