Booked LHR-Mumbai 28/10 and Delhi-LHR on 11/11. Notice that these are still slated to be A340-300s then, but sources indicate most of these are for disposal. Are there plans to put A340-600s with V-Port on the Indian routes and if so when?

Not likely that the 346's will be sent to India in the near future. One of the main problems is the taxiways espically in BOM are very small and make turning the 346 hard and very slow to do so. I remember when the 1st flight to BOM was on a 346 and they almost got stuck in the grass by the taxiway due to the turning lenght of the 346

I believe the 343's with the Arcadia system are for disposal - 3 of the 4 have already departed. I didn't realise that the other 5 were imminently set for sale as these were suite refitted only last year.

My source was Jethro's airline fleet lisitngs which shows VAEL, VHOL, and VSEA for disposal, leaving only VELD VFAR and VAIR. I guess as VHOL and VSEA are suite they wil be staying.
