Its the Club America lounge at MIA. There are some pictures in the Gallery. It's not a Clubhouse - but its away from the hustle and bustle ...

Thanks,
Sarah

Hi Manymiles,

I just got to Miami - you here now? Super quiet here, and the staff are all being very friendly - spooky :D.

As Highflyer says, the lounge is there. It is comfortable, functional, but not a VS lounge.

Perhaps we should have a lounges section, so that everyone can see previous replies on similar questions or at least navigate to them more easily?

As said, the lounge is functional and a little dated, but quiet and calm with basic amenities - however a search would show many recent threads about this.

You usually get escorted to security when the time comes to board too.

In the absence of such, the FAQ has a comprehensive section on lounges, detailing all the VS Clubhouses (especially LGW and LHR) with their facilities and additional information on the shared lounges where a Clubhouse is not available.

Pictures of pretty much all of the Clubhouses/Lounges are in the Gallery too.

Thanks,
Sarah

The MIA lounge is land side, and when I was there in June 2005, getting air side was a nightmare. VS uniformed staff were on hand to make sure the pax from the lounge were all safely through in time.
