That's my point.

It was tried, it failed,it cost Boeing millions, so how can you think that an airline the size of VS could go about setting up a system where by they could offer this?

We used Connexion by Boeing last year on SQ - in fact I rather think we posted on V-Flyer from 32,000ft or thereabouts. However I rather think the plug was pulled as the uptake wasn't great.

We only used it because we each got free 30 minute vouchers as we're cheap! [:w]

I heard some time ago Cathay were going / considering to introduce showers on board fo F passangers - I am not sure if that ever happened but have VS ever considered same?

Things along those lines have been mentioned by SRB from time to time, the problem is it is more for pr than anything, the chances of showers, gyms, casinos or anything along those lines showing up on a VS plane are next to nothing.

They add weight to the plane taking away cargo revenue, they take out seat which means lost revenue and honestly, there are times SRB says whatever comes into his mind without first checking with the people running the airline to see if they are even possible.

It reminds me of when the 747 was launched. There were tales that the upper deck would be a cocktail lounge complete with grand piano, which as we all know is not the case now, if ever it was then.

It was for a very short time on certain airline.

AA,UA,DL and Braniff had lounges on the top deck for a very short time.
