Hi does anyone know how the TV choices are for kids on the Manchester to Orlando flight, anything good for a Nick Jnr fan?
This link gives you an idea of the TV choices and as you can see there is a kids' link too.

When are you flying? If it's July I'll check out the listings and report back...

Right, hereÕs my research. The V-Port system currently has these listings in the Kids section. As an aside it looks very similar to JuneÕs listing so I donÕt thing it will change much for August. In addition to the list below you can also find Bridge to Teribithia in the movies section and The Simpsons in the TV / Comedy section.

Hope that helps...

Sadly V:Port will not be available on the MAN-MCO route. It will either be Nova or Odyssey. In May 07 these systems offered just one children's movie and in addition one children's channel.

On our flight back from IAD (343 with Odyssey) the kids film channel was showing 'Meet the Robinsons', and there was another channel showing a selection of kids shorts, but i couldnt say what exactly the line up consisted of.

Though i dont have ankle biters, my rule of thumb would be to not rely entirely on the IFE to keep them amused. Bring lots of books and puzzles for them.

Thanks,
Sarah

Hi, yep, I have plenty of books, colouring stuff, stickers and traveling games.
The TV lineup looks good, Hope Dora & Backyardigans will be on, as that will keep her happy. I assume that they will be an on board magazine which lists when each program will be on. I guess it will be on a loop.

Yup, it will be on a loop for Nova/Odyssey, but the inflight magazine, Seatback, will say what is in the cycle. During the summer i have noticed in the past that two of the film channels seem to be dedicated to a family friendly/Disney movie too.

Thanks,
Sarah
