Im flying to BOS next month and have been thinking how to get my miles as i dont have a booking ref no. can i just take my flying club card to check-in? I really want the tier point as it will tkae me to silver!

Absolutely, take your FC number/membership card to check-in and ask the agent to check that it is in your reservation. There should be no problem with that at all.

Alternatively, you can go to the VS Web site and find the link to 'Manage my Flights', you don't need the booking reference but will need your ticket number if not, do you have that? Then you can check whether your FC number is in there.

If the outbound makes you Silver; make sure you get the Silver bonus on the inbound segment.
