Hi,
Flying UC to IAD on the 30th - I have a booking refernce, I know the booking has my FC number on it (I spke to VS on the phone) BUT the online system cannot 'find' my flight - anybody know why?

IS it too early[?]

Hi JohnD and welcome aboard,

The facility to check/amend your booking on the VA website does not always display all flights even when your FC number is logged in the system against the flight you are looking for.

Please insert your VA booking reference (not a VH one) and the date of travel etc., this should bring up your flight details.

For what its worth, I got my details for my Sunday flight to pop up straight away yesterday by asking a FC rep to insert my Flying Club number for me. JohnD - did you speak to FC? It seems they are the ones with the magic touch .

Wow - thanks for the quick resposnes BUT - I have put my booking ref in and it Still can't find my flight! Never mind I pre booked a seat when I spoke to VS[8D]

I see that I have an 8% chance of a suite on this route - I can hope[:o)]
