I have an issue where I am trying to arrange a family holiday for 8 from MAN-MCO in Upper Class. VA website does not show enough seats, and VH has no where near enough.

I was wondering though do they share allocation or to VH get allocated seats which would then not show up on VA's booking system.

My thought being maybe there are enough seats just Virgin Holidays has some allocated to it that VA are not allowed to sell. It might be a long shot but I thought it was worth an ask!

Thanks
Michael

I'm sure others on here can help, but my initial thought is to check on expertflyer and see how busy UC is on the day your looking to fly

As there are only 14 Upper Class seats on this type of aircraft you have to book early and be prepared to pay the full J fare for some of them. I have booked 6 at Z fare before, via both VH and VA but I understand from others that is is very rare.

I would recommend you calling VA and asking them the availabliy for your paricular dates asap.

Have spoken to VS and they say they are only able to sell me 6 but are not able to tell me if any of the other seats are allocated to Virgin Holiday or are actually booked.

Thanks

Dont really midn who I book with, although I would say the choice of dealing with VA Upper phone line or Virgin Holidays I must say my choice would be VA as VH seem very hit and miss!

It might be worth a try asking VH if they can request more seats, thanks for the suggestion!

Thanks

There are several members on here with subscription to the above service, if you post your flight dates someone will give you the availability.

Hi,
My family and i am flying to LGW-MCO in July with VH and my booking is with 6 UC seats both ways, all booked through VH without any probs....they are all Z fares as i never paid a massive premium over Y fare, and def not a J fare....
