My first question!

Dear v-flyers,

This is my first email to this forum! I used to fly on the Athens route regularly and since then I haven't had the chance to fly VS again. I am going, though, to IAD on 19/12 (Upper Class) with my wife and I was hoping to enjoy the Suite, but I realised that I am on A340-300 [:(]. Is it possible that the aircraft will change later on if demand increases (as it is a popular christmas weekend)???? And if so, how soon??? Luckily, on our way back (from JFK) VS046 we will have the Suite, according to the seat map .

Hi there!

One of the peeps who work for VS may better be able to help you with this one, although there is no harm in calling Flying Club every now and then to check if the plane has changed.

I was going to visit BOS recently in PE but got put off by the 343, but with UC its not so bad ... although i understand you wanting UCS!! For some reason, VS have put the 343s on some routes over the winter, maybe because of the 747s going to places like CPT and JBG on alternate days, if this is the case its unlikely they will swap to a 747 or 346, but you can still keep your fingers crosseed - the plane could go tech after all
