Web-based availability checking

I noticed that old favourite, the German availability tool, has had a mention or two recently, so I wanted to point out this web-based variety which is a bit nicer because:

a) It's always available, as opposed to down for 5 hours then up for 2.

b) It's web based and therefore more accessible and easier to use.
