More shocking spelling!

Yet more shocking spelling in the letters page of I-Fly!

I wonder why they dont proof before they publish?

On a similar subject, I emailed Flying Club the other day with a reservations question and it took over a day to get a confirmation email back and 4 days later I have still not heard anything from them.

I wonder what the problem is?

I assume they decided to print the letter 'as is' in the format that it was received.

It doesn't say so, but the tone of the letter makes me think it was written by a person of tender years?

Whoever the author is, they are now £25 richer for writing the 'star letter'. Money that could be wisely invested in a spelling and grammar correspondence course?

If the 'top tip' received by I-Fly is to eat at Ponderosa, then I wonder what the less worthy tips were? :)

That's poor. Must come to something when the best of the compliments letters is that sub-standard effort.

I didn't notice any errors in your post, well done hehe.

It surprises me that they don't proof it. I just couldn't let it go without being mentioned Sloppy proofing is one of my pet hates!

Just read the letter from "Steve Morgan" on the I-Fly letters page and had to chuckle at this....

It sounds like it was written by a Virgin stooge trying to encourage some free advertising or something - but it just reads really weird to me. Surely real, live, normal people don't write letters this bad?
