Two questions:
1. Will they pick up from Southend?
2. Do they provide wet suits?

Does anybody know if Pix surviced this ordeal?

He was looking green at the thought of it on Saturday night or was that just the beer

Yes, he survived - I was there as witness. He didn't get very wet, but he got very bad sun burn[:I]. I expect you feel very sorry for his suffering while you all spent a day in the office. He took over 300 pictures and promised to post a selection very soon. Whatever you do though, don't go round his house or he'll make you look at all 300 pictures! Watch out for his proud moment - photo of Pix shaking hands with Sir Richard.

Full report to follow (not from me), but I have to say that the Virgin team did themselves proud. What an absolutely superbly well organised day, including about 120 "Gold Members" who were lucky enough to be invited, and lucky enough to be able to take the day off work too!

next branson will be the first to drive on the channel ferry, fly off of it, and then boats across the channel.

any update on the global flyer?

also, on a completely unrelated tangent of a tangent, that VS website needs redoing...badly. Thats an age old design, needs improving. functionality is good though.
