Bonus FC miles for booking online

From the latest edition of I-Fly and for (new) bookings July to Dec following bonus applies for online bookings for FC members:

1,000 miles on Economy bookings
1,500 miles on Premium Economy bookings
2,000 miles on Upper Class bookings.
