Shot Glasses yay!!:D

My missing Shot Glasses are to be mailed to me in 7-10 days

Virgin Customer service is SO good

Soon I can do really cool shot glass games!!

My last flight with Virgin last month, I was moved from a later flight to an earlier flight on the MCO route.

This was done a few days before departure, and I'd completely forgotten to change my DF pre-order (with which I got my free shot glasses).

Luckily the crew were able to make up the rest of my order on board and I called the pre-order service whilst in MCO and advised of the problem (and changed my return details...not forgetting do that again), and my glasses were delivered to my home the after my return (as they said they would be).

Lots of fun has been had by all since:D:D

Hmm we got one of those baseball caps. 2 out of 2 wrong so far this year (don't preorder a lot )

Got the baseball cap on my outbound flight, shot glasses on the inbound - pre-order's always spot on for me

The first set of shot glasses turned up
so I phoned VS and asked if they wanted them back..
The woman @FC was unsure as no one had ever asked that before!

Anyway they phoned me back and said that as I was so honest I could keep them

so there we go honesty does pay:D
