VS A340 @ EMA

I was on my way home coming off the M1 today and saw a large plane taking off at Nottingham East Midlands Airport. It was a VS A340 taking off at 1720hrs. I couldn't make out whether its the 300 or 600 series. It appeared that the plane is doing some sort of crew training of take-offs and landings. Does anyone know which plane it is??

Can't remember the reg. Think maybe BUS or SUN. Anyway it was a 343
