Suites to Barbados?

Hi guys have been lurking in the dark for months!!! great site and v. informative!!!! thanks! Just wandered if anyone knows if the suites will be on the 29 to barbados on the 27th Feb and back on the 7th March? If anyone with inside info knows would be most grateful, many thanks

No idea- guess if LGW re furbs have started by then its luck of the draw! Look at me- have flown twice from LHR in 2 months and been on a LGW based a/c once, the only non suite 744 at LHR and still not had V:Port at all!

Looking at the availability tool, it's not coming up as a Suite A/C at the moment I'm afraid. Its showing as:

LGW BGI 27/1000 27/1445 VS29 J4 D4 Z4 W4 S7 K0 Y7 B7 L7 M7 Q7 X7 N7 [744]

The [744] would be [74S] if it where a suite A/C

It could very well change nearer the time though....just keep checking every month or so.

Having just read your original post to the full, you will, however, be pleased to learn that your return flight is showing as UCS:

BGI LGW 07/1825 08/0630 VS30 J0 D0 Z0 W0 S0 K0 Y7 B7 L7 M7 Q7 X7 N7 [74S]

Interestingly, it not showing any availability in Upper (J D or Z) or PE (W S or K) as they are all showing 0. All the other letters are economy fares.

Sorry, am I being dumb. When I check I can only see it's a 744 on Gallielo. Is your info from VS?

Mitchja, thanks for the info!!, was wandering having read the suite re-fit schedule thread it says by end dec 04, 3 of the 5 lgw 744's will be done, it said that the schedule only went up to end 04 so if they are taking approx a month to do each aircraft then maybe in jan and feb the other 2 will be done, cos the availability tool shows all flights to bgi after march 1st as suites, is this cos maybe there is always a chance of a non suite aircraft till all are done or am i just being hopefull?!?!
