SFO Flight 's from LGW

I have noticed that the SFO Flight's have run from LGW between the 2nd & 5th Oct as VS53/54 using 343's and the odd flight from LHR.

Why is this[?]

Where did you see this Phil? VS53/4 was the extra LHR-BOS service which has now finished. SFO flts have been operating normally ie VS19/20 LHR-SFO-LHR.

Yeah, that's the same one I mentioned from the thread above (the URL's changed) - its been reporting those for a while, must be a bit screwy (technical term )

Slihghtly OT but on opening link what a nice surprise to see one of my old Pulkovo TU154's in the picture:D

Pulkovo is the airline based at Pulkovo Airport St Petersburg (LED) where I woked for just over 5 years.
Now talk of merging with Rossia state airline and seperating from airport management.

Never got the chance to fly that airline again (Enkor) but I,m on a Transaero to LGW on sat and I will have the camera at the ready;)
