Which partner?

MH are notoriously poor / slow, but if others haven't posted in a couple of weeks I would be tempted to get in touch.

It really does vary. 1 of my SQ flights was credited within 10 days but I had to chase the other one last year.

Is it worth a nudging email, or do you just have to find your BP stub and send it in with a filled-in claim form?

It's worth sending a copy of your E-Ticket also - I have had a letter in the past indicating that miles cannot be credited wihout a copy of your E-Ticket and boarding pass together. [:)]

VS wont also credit partner miles without the seeing original BC's either. They dont accept photocopies or faxes.

eah, the website asks for originals. Is that to prevent you trying to gain miles in another programme as well? ..or will they send you the BP stub back on request?

There are exceptions though. My gf lost her DL boarding card. Sent a claim form to VS claiming lost card with all flight details etc. Miles still credited to her account very soon after with no fuss.

My LHR-CAI miles on bmi credited within 5 days but I've not yet had anything from the return (it's been about 3 weeks now) - should I hold on a little bit longer or fill in a missing miles form?

Thanks in advance
