I need to book my LGW treatment in the next few days but really cannot decide which to have. I've ruled out the Haircut and Shave but I'm undecided whether to keep it simple:

HOT HANDS - A luxurious, hydrating hand treatment.
BUBBLE AND FEET - Foot spa with a relaxing foot and leg massage
SENSATIONAL FACIAL
Great for both men and women, includes Guinot mask with seaweed extracts.

or go for the full works:

BACK IN THE CLOUDS
An Ayervedic treatment that treats the upper back shoulders neck and scalp.
BACK DOWN TO EARTH
Back, neck, shoulder massage using aromatherapy oils.

Has anyone had any of these or just an opinion of which to go for would be much appreciated[:D]

I have only had the 'Back in the Clouds' from your list, but it was rather nice and relaxing. I guess it depends what sort of treatments you like? The massages are a great stress reliever for me, especially if you have had hectic battle to get to the Clubhouse.

Thanks,
Sarah

do you really do these things and have 'treatments' prior to getting on the plane????
Can you only have one or one of everything if you arrvive really early (the night before)

I have not lived!!!!
Obviously its not gonna happen 'up North' (manchester) is it now! No CH .............. so looks like I will be taking my knitting after all (knitting is code for pink DS )
Manchester is ok for the footie tho'

I'm afraid you can only have one, getting down the night before won't help as the Clubhouse does not open until 7am. (Nice thought though[:)])

If you look at the clubhouse section on the VA website it lists all treatments possible. The LHR list is very impressive.[y]
