Help with Silver renewal & membership 'year'

My membership year runs out at the end of May each year. My Silver staus was renewed in June this year until June 2005.

Simple so far....

I took a return upper flight in Sep and gained 10 tier points and qualified for silver renewal next year. So, I achieved automatic renewal to silver again for June 2005....

So, i thought i would have between June 2005 and the end of may 2006 to attain a minimum of 5 tier points....I was suprised to see that my silver status now runs out at the end of november 2005. How can that be??

By my calculations this should be June 2006. Why has it been reduced and why has my membership 'renewal month' changed from June to November???

No-one at flying club seems to understand what i am saying. I've re-qualified for next year already so what could have happened. I don't even know what else to do as no-one in flying club seems to undersdtand either.

Any help or guidance much appreciated!

Forgot to mention...I did ask for new membership cards as my wallet was stolen. These have now been replaced with an expiry of Nov 2005
I suspect this might have something to do with the problem.

I have mentioned this to FC but no progress!

If you go into your FC account on the website you should be able to see all your FC activity for the last 12 months.

as you know you need 10 TP to retain Silver so these should be shown on your account.

the membership year is usually 13 months so its stange that your FF account year now ends in Nov!

I'd print the last yrs activity out so you have it to hand and call the FC on 08450745678

Well, it's now day 5 and my usual daily phone calls to FC continue..but i am making progress!

Aparently, FC has an Oracle databse and another database (i'm not that technical so don't really understand) ...somehow i have two different expiry dates for my Silver...one on each system. Aparently it's happened before to other people but they don't realise it's happened! FC are continuing the investigations...will update you all soon!
