Happy Birthday! :D

VERY Cool gesture from VS, too! ;)[y] (I wonder, if you told them your real age, whether they'd increase the mileage...?)

Just put another topic up, as it wasn't strictly related, but it seems you even got a mention in the 21st Birthday Facts :D

Happy Birthday!! :D (We really need a cake smily)

Another reason why Virgin Atlantic is one of the few companies that actually cares about it's passengers.

Effective 22 June 2005 for a 12 month trial period, a Birthday Card will be sent to each UK Gold member on their birthday rewarding them with 2100 Flying Club miles.

The first Birthday Cards to be sent will be for birthdays on 22 June in recognition of our 21st birthday

A little late Happy Birthday Mrs D.

Birthday Bonus Miles sounds cool. I just wonder how many people will suddenly want to try and "correct" their birthday to get 2,000 miles when they are 1,500 short for a reward flight. [:o)]

Yeah, I know - it's OK, I wasn't being totally serious ;). Just unfortunate that I have to wait 11 months for my birthday card. (Although that applies to all of my birthday cards, I suppose [:(][:o)])

John's birthday is on Monday but his card arrived early today. What a nice surprise! I must admit I missed this thread before today but I'm glad I did - John was really chuffed this morning

Got a birthday card from VS today. Very nice it is too. Picture of Birthday Girl on the front, personalised with "Happy Birthday Sailor" just aft of the port wing. Then a little ditty inside and a secret code to claim 2100 mile. It's only a small gesture, and very easy to do. However I really do like it, it has been done very well. and is much appreciated [y]

Interesting the card is signed Becky, Vicky, Gillian and Louise. Now Gillian appears to have ammended a little [:X] to her signature, but not the other 3. What have I done to upset Becky, Vicky and Louise?[:0]

So, its 1726; Where's that corkscrew. Mods should watch out for slurred postings later on this evening.[^]
