Cape Town aircraft

This maybe a repeated question (sorry) however we are flying LHR-CPT 15th Jan (returning 23rd Jan) and cannot find which aircraft operates on this route (have tried both tools on the FAQ's)

According to expedia, flight VS603 LHR-CPT on 15th January 2006 is a 747-400

Wow, i would have expected an A343. Also, am I correct in thinking that the flights start on the 30th?

Correct CPT service re-starts on 30th October.

VS only operate CPT service over the (northern hemisphere) winter season - i.e. when its nice and sunny in South Africa
