I also get the menu system and press 2 to enter my FC# when calling Premier Team....I wasn't aware of any other numbers to call [?]

Edit - Looks like the reason why DXB flights arn't showing is schedule changes on both the VS400 and the VS401


James - Any idea what the schedule change is? I have also lost my booking details on the website [:(!]

Oh, and the VS website's been having hissy fits tonight - 404 errors from the homepage [:0]
