It seems to be working for me now here? Both one-ways in either direction or returns, well lets me see available dates and cabins anyway.

I do know all the MAN>ATL reward flights are still borked on the website and you do have to ring to book those.

It used to work fine, I'm flying to HKG on Saturday and I booked them online.

I just tried again now and it lets me see availability, both ways and booked either way (LHR-HKG return or HKG-LHR return). But when I try to book, I get the very unhelpful message: "Sorry, a system error has occurred, please try again"

I suggest you check availability on the site then call the helpful folks on the hotline.
