Update on fare upgrades and reissue policy

Just received an email from VS commercial, I can’t find any further information on what fare codes this applies to;

Update on fare upgrades and reissue policy
We’ve made a change to the fares available that can be upgraded and reissued. Previously, all fare types were eligible for upgrade and reissue. However, from 1st July 2025, only selected fare types will qualify for upgrades and reissues.
We recommend checking the fare rules at the time of booking to see if your ticket is eligible.

No idea which fares this applies to though?

All VS fare descriptions do seem to have been updated now as well. They appear to have turned their fare code description gobbledygook up by a factor of x10 now!!

The flex fare option is still available though which makes any fare fully refundable / changeable.
