This is a good link to keep looking at, its the Google News search for Virgin America :D

I'm really happy that this step has come, but there is still some worry that the other US airlines are complaining about the involvement that SRB has in this venture.

Bah, you could put "with safety regulators" on your post, it gave my hopes up.

There may be some good steps forward, but Virgin America is geting tough criticism and attacks by a couple legacy carriers and flight unions which may slow down the filing process. I'm sure many of you know the "affliation" many politiions have with big corporations.
