Don't know if this is the correct forum( mods please move if neccessary)but are Tristar happy to transport to LHR (to a hotel)the night before a flight if you live some distance out(ie in my case 3 hours down the M4)?

I suppose that depends on if your booking is directly with Tristar, or via the Chauffeur Driven Car service as provided with a J class booking.

If it is the latter, why not ring Premier and ask?

Question has already been posed to premier team but the girl i spoke to didn't really know hence the posting here (she gave incorrect information about a couple of other things too).Booking would be with limo service not with Tristar themselves but if all else fails I might ring them and ask them directly.
Thanks for the help though Juliet.

Sorry you appear to have had incorrect information from Premier.

My understanding is that the 'provided' chauffeur car service cannot do a 'day before' transfer, as it is arranged to meet a Virgin Atlantic flight, but there are exceptions to this rule, in extreme circumstances (ie: 5 hour journey for 930am flight and the like)

If you ring Premier back, when the Support team are open to confirm, you should get a more definitive answer.

Will be on VS19 but want to be in the Clubhouse for max time ie from 7am prior to flight!Don't fancy being dragged out of bed in the very early hours when I could be tucked up in a nice comfy bed at Heathrow catching up on beauty sleep!!Thanks for the advice Juliet I'll ring Premier when the support team are available.
