The times I've been to the BVIs it has always been via ANU then taking the Liat hopper around the various islands. We end up at EIS just on the east end of Tortola but Virgin Gorda has a rather small airstrip. Not sure if anyone flies anything beyond little stuff in there, it isn't much more than a strip of dirt.
