I've just cheecked my booking for my flight to LAX and our seats have changed only up by one or two but our previous seats are now taken![V] does anyone know why this may have happened as there are over ten other seats available!

Thanks
Chris

What seats did you have? Any chance they were bassinet positions?

Or are the remaining free seats spread all over the place? In this case maybe they were trying to accomodate sitting a large party/family together

Errrr excuse my ignorance[:I] but what are bassinet positions. The reason I ask is we have 3-4K booked on our flight to MIA next February.

It is the seats that have facilities for a baby cot to be put up. They are given to parents as a priority, hence the reason why Prieffer was suggesting that maybe Airbus had been moved to accomodate parents. All airlines also try and keep families and group bookings together. This was the reason for my previous suggestion.
