You will only know what Aircraft you will be on when you are actually sat in your seat, Virgin never announce which plane will be doing what as it could change right up until the last minute, plus it would be a security risk.
thats exactly what I wanted to ask today. Can understand the security issue plus maybe better to not know and it be a pleasant suprise should we get an IFE with games that think I was getting it and then not.
Sorry to put a dampener on your preparations but if you are flying to MCO I believe there is a very low chance of this route having a V-port equipped aircraft as I believe all of the Vport equipped craft are based at LHR.
I may be wrong though! Just thought it is not worth getting your hopes up too much and being disappointed on the day.
Hi,two days to go? I'm jealous, I've got to wait until end of September! I would agree that you only have a small chance of v:port, I have been trying to get a candid opinion of Odessy and Nova (Supernova I now believe) on another thread.
Have you looked at Ringway Reports for this month, you may be able to get a clue for which aircraft.
I would be interested in your flight experiences (prompted by yet another well visited and contencious thread on this site!) would be good to see a TR.
Def no chance of V-Port on the MCO route, sorry! Odyseey is the best your going to get, and with G-XLG currently changing to the LGW Confing that should increase the chance on this route!
No idea A380 - the finer points (and the less fine ones!) of V-port/Odyssey totally pass me by. But hey - holidays tomorrow and I can feel your excitement... make sure you don't keep your kids up tonight, just cos you can't sleep;)
